The Biggest Training Switch

If you've been on a program for more than 3 weeks without results, it's time to switch up your training. What was the biggest change that YOU made that dramatically increased your results?

Today's workout for me:

1A) Deadlift
1B) Overhead Squat (just using empty bar)

2) Good Morning

3) Split Squat

Plus big warmup = 55 minute workout.

My biggest change is always my diet. Up to 5-6k calories for gaining and down to 2k for losing.

I just read the article before I saw your blog post.

It's always inspiring to see that there are those who let their circumstances roll over them and then others who use it as a leverage to tower over adversity.

Great recommendation, as always.

By the way, I see you've included his Kroc Rows into some of your workouts. They are just brutal.
