For Halloween I did a workout of the dead. Specifically, the Deadlifting.
1A) Prisoner Squat Jumps
1B) Deadlifts (225x2x20)
2) Bulgarian Split Squat
3A) Hanging Leg Raises
3B) 1-Leg Stability Ball Leg Curls.
And caught up with an old high school buddy, "Belf" at the ol' YMCA. Good times.
