KB's and what you should do...

15 minute kettlebell workout outside today...in shorts...in 10 degree celcuis weather. It's spring out there today. Did some swings and snatches, thats it. Just technique.

Now to follow this advice...

Im new to this and I have a question for you. When you talk about tempo in your Fusion program 2-0-1 what does that mean??

2-0-1 is the tempo. 2 down, no pause, 1 up.

And no, I'm not reading Lucado. Some other person mentioned that quote.
