One of the biggest "concerns" folks have about TT is that there are not enough arm exercises in the program.
So here's what you can do...at the end of each workout, add one arms superset to your program.

I love the compact effectiveness of TT, no need to waste time doing curls. If I want bigger arms then I'll just do more ChinUps, Close Grip Pushups and Dips (real dips). Keep up the good work Craig!
I agree. I think if you exercise properly using the routines outlined, there really should not be any need to specifically target the arms, unless there is an actual weakness there.
