Craig...much appreciated for showing this awesome fat burning routine. Not many have tapped into this yet at TT but your HCFL program has that in there, and I'm glad you took time to show what it's like...

Thanks for the video!You were even talking while doing it!!! Awww man!!! That's a feat in itself really. I know how hard it is to catch a breath and I know that was not easy by any stretch of imagination.
