Monday
If you want to lose fat, make sure you are doing interval training.
On the call, I outline interval training for beginners, plus my recent "advanced athletic interval training" I'm using in my own personal plan.
Tuesday
On your off-days, I want you to get some fun activity. This will help you reduce stress. Yoga is great for that. Unless you're like me and it stresses you out to go to yoga. That's why I don't do it anymore.

Wednesday
Time for another tough TT workout for you. On the call, I go over the first two workouts in my new program. Geez, I talk a lot about myself on this call...more about YOU next time!
Thursday
I love hearing stories about TT members who are taking up dancing again as a fun off-day activity. Amy, one of our most popular TT Members told me she returned to her dancing roots back in the spring.
I was really proud of her, because "exercise" should be fun. You don't need to be shackled to a calorie counting cardio machine (that can't count calories accurately anyways).
Here's a little secret: You can actually get fit and have fun OUTSIDE of commercial mega-gyms!

Friday
Time for another TT workout, but make sure you treat yourself to something fun at the end of this session.
It's friday, and you've earned it...so do a couple of sets of your favorite exercise, even if its not in the program. Do 6-minute abs, or 3 minute arms.
On the call, I share my favorite Friday exercise...
Saturday
Spend some time on the weekend getting social support. You could do a little workout with a friend. Go hiking or rock climbing. Again, have fun OUTSIDE of the gym.
Sunday
Okay, this is your plan, shop and prepare day. I challenge you to add a new vegetable to your repetoire. I also talk about how I'm adding spinach to my life. Maybe that will help me get strong!

I'm not sold yet that Interval training is the best way to lose the most weight in 7 days - I'd shoot for the diet. However, you made very interesting points on the importance of cardio. Can you explain more of the link of Interval training?
