Fun Workout Today

4th workout of my new program...its a nameless, personal program for now. Although it is Meathead in style.

1) Rack Pull - worked up to 365x1

2) BB Split Squat - 135x2x8

3) Good Morning - 185x8

4) PullThrough - 140x12

Pretty straightforward.
