Back to the Gym

Thursday was my last "real" workout, and so today I was back to the gym to keep going on my new program. This was workout B, a squat workout.

1) Power Clean - 175x3

2) Squat - 300x3x8

3A) RDL - 245x3x6
3B) Calf Raise - 3x12

4a) Back Extension - 3x10
4B) BB Shrug - 2x12 with 205

That was good. The weekend off really helped.
