Saturday Success Steps

Set goals with consequences for not achieving them. Get a mentor. Get accountability and social support. Take action every day. Baby steps. Always be better today than yesterday. Never give up. Be positive. The world is good, people are great. There is LOVE out there. It's not all negative. Be a force for good and positive change. It's easier to be positive than to deal with the frustrations of being negative.

Today's workout: Box jumps, squats, split squats, leg curls.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
To find out what to do with your life, ask yourself: "What is my purpose/higher calling here on earth?" "What did my higher power put me here on this earth to do?" "Who was I put here to serve?" (this helps you determine your "niche market") "What skill/ability do I have that NO ONE else in the world can do better?" "What do I want my legacy to be?"

"Success or failure depends more upon attitude than upon capacity. Successful men act as though they have accomplished or are enjoying something. Soon it becomes a reality. Act, look, feel successful, conduct yourself accordingly, and you will be amazed at the positive results." – William James

"Waiting is a trap. There will always be reasons to wait. The truth is, there are only two things in life, reasons and results, and reasons simply don't count." - Dr. Robert Anthony

"Set goals with consequences for not achieving them."

I immediately sent this to a few clients who could use a little extra motivation...all of them replied with the same sentiment: "Let's do it!"

It's amazing how a few words can elicit mental and physical change. My favorite 2-worder is "you can"...I say it hundreds of times per day to my clients and myself. It makes for a positive mindset and better results.

Thanks for some good inspiration Craig!
