Bodyweight Circuit Workout

Did a 5-exercise bodyweight circuit in the Biltmore Inn today at 6am. It used the 20-10 protocol, and I look forward to bringing this to TT members in the December 2012 workout.

BTW, the TT Halloween Metabolic Havoc (Oct 2012 workout) is now available for all TT members at www.TTMembers.com.

PS - 2 things in life that you cannot obtain by chasing them...

...are Balance and Happiness. No one can tell you what your "balance" is any more than you can tell them what their "happiness" is. Everyone has their own definitions. Don't let anyone force their definitions on you or tell you how to live your life.
