How to Play Up A Level

A secret to success in life is "playing up a level".

Surround yourself with the best. Build a better network of people that you spend the most time with. Increase your average. Find opportunities that challenge you, terrify you, and bring out the best in you.

Find your opportunity to play at a higher level. Get out of your comfort zone, and seek to be pushed to that potential you are capable of achieving. It's the only way to know what truly resides inside of you.

At Early To Rise, we preach self-reliance. After all, the only person you can ever truly rely on is yourself. And when you understand that, things will begin to change for you. You will have more mental freedom, knowing that you are in control of your life. Never forget this empowering belief.

So true—there's no point in surrounding yourself with people who are less talented, less skilled or less motivated than you.

The only way to challenge yourself and push yourself to be better than you ever thought possible is to be around people who are better, stronger, faster, and more mentally tough than you are.

It's true in fitness as well as all other parts of life!

Thanks for the reminder.
