Meathead Workout in Sin City

A good #meathead workout experiment today in Bellagio's gym.

Workout was neutral grip pullups, DB Press, DB Row, DB Incline, Seated Row. 2 sets each. More rest between sets.

Great dinner at the China Grill in Mandalay Bay last night. Giant plate of rib eye steak and steamed vegetables.  Earlier in the day a friend shared with us a Maca Raw Food Chocolate bar from Whole Foods. Really good.

I also learned how to play blackjack better thanks to Bedros and a 50 year old guy named Steve from Jersey who has worked in Vegas on and off for 30 years. Now I want to learn how to play chess. I know, crazy that I don't know how.

I think your weight loss program program is working out for you. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be sticking to it like you did. Hope you have greater things to share and manage to enjoy life to its fullest. I hope lots of good things keep happening to you. Cheers!
