Life is easy when you workout hard

Short term pain from discipline equals long-term gain from progress. Long-term pain comes from lacking short-term discipline.

Today's workout was hard and fast, but fun.

#Meathead Training today: Chinups, Bench Press, db incline, db row, barbell row, overhead squat.
