Do Not Sell Yourself Short

Most people sell themselves short. I do this too.

There are few people in the world that are doing all they are capable of doing. So here's what you need to do. Dedicate yourself to getting better every day. This is a lifelong project. Keep going. Keep adding value. Keep learning. Keep connecting with other good people. The breakthroughs will come. Stay strong.

"Fill your life with positive expectations. Demand the best. Attitude and desire contribute to 90% of your achievement." – Kekich Credo #86…Drop the negatives. Hang around positive people. And most importantly, believe in – and expect more of – yourself. You can do it. I believe in you.

Today's outdoor training: TRX, KB, sprints, dog walks. Today's indoor training: Checking football scores, reading books, random plotting and scheming.

And remember...

Past success doesn't guarantee future success. Past failure doesn't guarantee future failure. You CAN change. Don't tell me you can't, because you can.

I believe in you,
