Quick workout update...

1A) Squat - 3x3
1B) Cable Rotator Cuff

2A) Squat - 3x8-12
2B) DB Shrug - 2x15

3A) BB RDL - 3x8
3B) DB Bulgarian Split Squat - 1x12

Alright I'm a new reader (and RSS subscriber) to your blog. I'm not sure what you mean with all the numbers.
"Squat - 3x3" I'm assuming means 3 sets of 3
"Squat - 3x8-12" does this mean 3 sets of 8 to 12?
