Pre-Fatigue Abs Circuit Workout

This is the "pre-fatigue" abs workout circuit video from Workout A of the TT Buff-Dudes and Hot-Chicks program you can find at www.turbulencetraining.com/workouts (look for February 2009 program).

Here's a new abs exercises workout for you. Do this at the end of your workout 1-2 times per week.

What does anyone think of sitting leg presses? I used one today and can hardly walk. Are they good for a substitute for lunges or squats. The reason I ask is that my daughter bought me a gym membership for one more year and I'd like to use it to the limit.

We don't use leg presses in our programs. I prefer standing leg exercises like split squats and lunges and stepups.

Can you use a weighted barbell while doing the body squats?
