Super Sunday Upper Body Meathead Garage Gym Workout





Enough goofing around.

Here was the workout, performed in Joel Marion's garage gym:

1A) Powerblock Row - 4x10
1B) PB Chest Press - 4x15

2A) PB Shrug - 4x15
2B) PB Triceps - 4x12

3A) PB Curls - 4x12
3B) PB CSR - 4x10

Congratulations to Steve Agyei of Aberdeen, John Marchiano of Chicago, and Gustavo Rosello of the Dominican Republic, just 3 of our TT Trainers certified this weekend...Here's Steve, with Master CTT's, Kate Vidulich and Dani Woodrum, and Gustavo and John after I punished them in their "CTT Graduate Workout".

Our next CTT event will likely be on the West Coast in April. If you know a good location in Central USA or NorthEast (near Boston), let us know at - we need at least 10 people to make it worth it. Thanks so much for your interest!
