Alright, tomorrow's the big race day. Tough Mudder II. So today is just rest and recovery.
Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips - and one's I'll use tomorrow, as well:
Never quit. If you stumble, get back up. What happened yesterday no longer matters. Today's another day, so get back on track on move closer to your dreams and goals. You can do it.
You can't change your genetics, but you can change your attitude, your persistence, your environment, the people you listen to and hang around with, and the things you do. You can change, so if you want to, just get started.
Admit to and learn from your mistakes. Mistakes must be viewed positively
because with the knowledge you gain from them, you are able to do better in the future. So much can be accomplished with a long term vision and resilience to short term setbacks. Not every problem is conquered overnight, but if you persist and never give in to your mistakes, you will succeed.
