My Meathead training today: Pullups, Bench, DB Row, DB press, Seated row.
It wasn't bad, but I have a lot of work to do to hit my goals before the end of the year.
A shoulder injury (from a pushup contest last December) and training for the two Tough Mudders really slowed my strength gains down. Time to get back on track with those goals.

And something to think about...how many emails do you send a day? How many of those are really necessary? How many lead to wasted time? Remember, if you have kids, every useless email you send - and read - that keeps you working longer steals time you could spend with them.
