You know what the negative people are going to say about your positive habits
so why are you not preparing for them? As for any area in your life, ALWAYS have TWO solutions for every obstacle. Be prepared to overcome the negatives that people throw in your way.
And one from yesterday because it was quite good:
If you fall "off the wagon" - in any area of life - cut your losses, don't stress about it, and get right back on track. Immediately. It's minor damage that can be dealt with...and there's nothing you can do about the past anyways. Focus on what you can do now and in the future.
