Monday Bench Press Workout

This is week 3 of this training phase. Time was limited today, and the bench was the main priority.

1) Snatch (3x3) - 125

2) Bench (5x2) - 315

Foam rolling for quads and stretching as well was inserted here.

3a) front squat (1x8)
3b) powerblock chest press (1x10)
3c) pullups (1x10)
3d) lying tri ext (1x8)
