Yesterday's 90-minute flight delay from Miami to Toronto gave me time to re-read an excellent book, "Do the Work". It's written by Steven Pressfield. I also recommend his "War of Art" book, and "Turning Pro".
In fact, if a “casual drinking” habit is stopping you from reaching your goals in work, fitness, or anywhere in Life, read “Turning Pro”. It literally changed the life of one of my Fitness Trainer Mastermind members helping him overcome a bad drinking habit so that he can help more people transform their lives.
That is actually a dirty little secret of the fitness industry...I'd say about 10% of trainers treat their bodies poorly, particularly young men, but even men and women of all ages.
But, like you, they can - and do - overcome their problems. They just need a little encouragement and accountability.
That's why this is what I call "The Success Formula 2.0"
= Process goals + Outcome Goal + Action + Accountability + Support + Deadline + Incentive.
Keep Pushing!
You CAN change.
Stay strong. Get stronger.
And make sure to join the ETR Transformation Contest before the deadline of this Friday:

Today's Additional Kick-Butt Mindset Tips:
"Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it." – Goethe
"A work-in-progress generates its own energy field. You, the artist or entrepreneur, are pouring love into the work; you are suffusing it with passion and intention and hope. This is serious juju. The universe responds to this. It has no choice." – Steven Pressfield
