Clean Eating vs Coke Zero

I think clean eating is a goofy term, because really, what does it mean? That you wash your food?

Clean eating to a vegetarian is different than clean eating to a paleo person.

Regardless, I shall remove my crown of cynicism and celebrate that I've gone 16 days without caffeine or sucralose. Both of them mess up my digestive system.

So take that, coke zero.

Today's diet plan is a pre-workout Athletic Greens. Later an omelet (will ask for extra spinach), meat and vegetables and salad for lunch (which comes with the high price of lots of cooking oil from the hotel buffet we have delivered to our meeting room), and then a great dinner at an Italian restaurant with Joel Marion, Shaun Hadsall, Mike Westerdal, Shawna Kaminski, Mike Whitfield (soon to be father of his 2nd little boy!), and Dan Long (soon to be world-famous TRX training expert).

Today's Training: Cable supersets in the Marriott gym with presses, rows, triceps, biceps, face pulls, and abs.
