My Meathead workout today will be:
Bench press supersetted with pullups, db press supersetted with dumbbell chest supported rows, and overhead squats supersetted with wide-grip barbell rows. Perhaps some V-grip pulldowns thrown in there too. Good times.
Then onto the airport for a short flight down to Miami.
Here's one more workout for you. A Metabolic Finisher from Mikey "Pancakes" Whitfield:

- Do the following circuit ONE time, resting for 10 seconds between exercises.
- During the one minute of exercise, you can rest if needed, but the clock will continue to tick.
1) Spiderman Pushups (as many as possible in 1 minute)
2) Jump Squat or Total Body Extension (as many as possible in 1 minute)
3) Spiderman Climb (as many as possible in 1 minute)
4) KB/DB Swings or Bodyweight Squats (as many as possible in 1 minute)
