Meathead Monday Deload Week

Today's workout will be a deload week Meathead upper body session of dumbbell presses and rows, along with some pullups and overhead squats. Maybe some arms. Good times. No bench pressing, and a lighter workout than usual. I'll do the same for the rest of this week.

Whatever you are doing, just remember:

"To get something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done.".......You can't quit just because one thing didn't work. You have to keep trying, experimenting, and learning until you find the solution. Keep going and going and going. Never give up.
