Essential Meathead Workout

Great workout today, but I need to take Leo's advice (see below) and cut back a bit. The workout was a #MegaMeathead Classic. Bench, Pullups, DB Press, DB Row, BB Row. GT's. Doing 5 sets of 1 rep at 90% 1RM for the main exercise. This should be a safe and effective program for getting stronger without a lot of muscle soreness. But, here's Leo's advice: “Identify the essential. Eliminate the rest.” – Leo Babauta And the DB Rows need to get cut back as they leave me with rear delt issues that sometimes need ART. The Barbell Row, done deadstop style, is much better. So those will get cut next time. In the meantime, check this's the physical test given at NASA to prospective astronauts. T
