Perfect weather for training outside today. Did some kettlebell presses, trx rows, pushups, TRX rear delt flys, powerwheel walks, KB shrugs, and Powerwheel rollouts. Added a little extra fitness by sprinting between where I had the kettlebells and TRX stationed.

Head up! It's easy to get down on yourself, but don't let a bad day or mean person get you down. Keep your head up and stay motivated by looking long-term. Things could be a lot harder, and things will get a lot better. Stay strong.
