I kicked their butts with a TT Bodyweight Workout

Yesterday we did a bodyweight workout with the students here in Lithuania. The workout included
grasshopper pushups, spiderman pushups, plank-to-triceps extensions, decline pushups, pike
pushups, and close grip pushups. Tomorrow will be pulling muscle focused. Finished with team sprints.
