Saturday Bodyweight Workout

On Saturday we switched it up with your bodyweight workout and brought a towel to do partner
assisted manual resistance exercises.

Warm-up:
Arm Crosses
Bodyweight Squat
Mountain Climbers
Jumping Jacks
Overhead Towel Squat
Pushups
Overhead Towel Lunge
Plank
Duck Unders

Towel Row
X-Body M
Towel Shoulder Press
Jumps

Jumping Jacks
Pushups

Towel Curls
Burpees
Towel Triceps Extensions
Jumping Jacks

After the workout I went into Trakai, Lithuania, one of the tourist towns on a charming little lake and
a few of us had pizza and beer. After all, it was Saturday night, and I hadn't had much to eat all day.

Sunday's workout will involve a lot of sprints and metabolic conditioning training.

Monday will be an off-day as we travel from Vilnius to Salzberg, Austria. Hopefully I'll get to lift on
Tuesday.
