Colorado Bodyweight Workout with Kids

Just did a bodyweight workout with my friends Max (5 years old) and Bella (3 years old) while staying
at my friend's house here in Cororado (as Bella calls it). We did an old man warmup, prisoner squats,
mountain climbers, hip extensions, breakdancers, stickups, regular squats, planks, and pushups.
About 2 half reps of each. Max said I earned my money. Good times.

Here's a rundown of the weekend's TT Summit...and the legendary bootcamp workout we did on
Saturday morning (exercises included)

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
"To think clearly, you must have simplicity. The more complex the problem, the simpler the solution."
– Eli Goldratt

No matter how much faith and dependence you put on an external authority figure (whether it is
Jillian Michaels, Bob Greene, Bill Phillips, or Craig Ballantyne), none of us can do the work for you.
Success begins and ends with your internal responsibility. I will help you as much as humanly
possible, but ultimately, success lives and dies with YOU and your ability to TAKE ACTION.

PS - Voting for the 11th TT Transformation Contest starts now and ends Wednesday night. Very
proud of all these folks as they participate in the TT 1 Million Transformation Mission
