Saturday Dinner and Sunday Workout

Legs are still tired from Saturday morning bodyweight bootcamp, so I did an upper body workout this
morning here at the hotel in LA. Morning workout at LA hotel - DB shoulder press, pulldown, db 1arm
chest press, row, arms, shrugs, and plank-into-triceps extension. Off to a small town just outside of
Denver today.

On Saturday morning, I put 25 trainers through a fantastic Fantastic 400 bodyweight cardio workout and
then interviewed some Certified TT Trainers and this legend of Turbulence Training, Catherine Gordon

Had a great meal last night, too. Thai food last night (steak and quinoa) at Chedi Thai in La Jolla with
Keuilian and Kern. Good times.
