miss for my warm-ups, but it has a squat rack and 100 lb dumbbells.
My workout was
2) Split squats instead of lunges due to gym set up
3A) Good mornings
3B) Ball rollouts - 10 reps at 5second eccentric phase - should be sore abs tomorrow.
