1) Jumps
2A) BB Row - 3x12
2B) DB Press - 2x8-10
3A) BB Lunge - 2x12
3B) Pullups with Kneeups - 3x8
4A) Ball Rollout - 3x12
4B) DB Triceps Extensions
4C) DB Curls
(Also included some of Vince Del Monte's "crash sets".)
Hope you had a great workout today. And if you are thinking about "slacking off" or worse, "quitting", then read this...a classic quote from a classic movie:
