Thanksgiving Monday Workout

 I've been off from weights since last Wednesday so it was good to get back to the I went in a couple of hours early because of the holiday. Gym was packed, but here's what I did...

1) Hang Clean - 2x5

2A) Bench - 2x6
2B) Shrug - 3x8

3A) Seated Row - 4x12
3B) DB Incline - 2x6-8
3C) Plank - 90 seconds
3D) Side Plank - 45 seconds

Now time for a dog walk,
