Maximus Deadlift

Good fun today at the YMCA with a classic deadlift workout.

1A) Deadlift
1B) Box Jump

2A) Chin-up with knee-up
2B) Leg Curl

3) DB Reverse Lunge

Then some groceries. I'm stocking up on protein bars in advance of my trip to Panama and Chile that starts on Saturday morning.
