Reading and Lifting Light

So I'm in a well-earned deload week, and not sleeping well, so easy training today with focus on technique, not weight.

Also, extra dog walks. :)

I'll get back to the barbell on Friday.

Today's Workout

Warm-up
- Band Pull
- WYLIT
- KB Overhead Press
- Squats, Leg Swings, Etc.

1A) KB Swing
1B) Pushup

2A) DB Press
2B) DB Row

3A) KB Snatch
3B) Ab Wheel

Sometimes we learn the best when we learn the hard way…So don’t be too disappointed in yourself if you’re struggling.

What’s done is done. LEARN and move on. Never forget the lesson. Keep getting better every day and never, ever, EVER give up on what is important to you.
