Back Pain?

Last month at the Paleo-FX nutrition and training seminar in Austin, I met back-pain expert and Board-Certified Physical Therapist Dr. Chad Walding. I agree that surgery or prescription pain medication should not be anyone's first choice for pain relief. It's important for people to discover why they are feeling pain, not to just mask the symptoms, however, it's understandable why someone's first instinct to get relief fast. No one should have to suffer with chronic pain when help is available.
