Denver Dinner and BBall Game

Late night last night, for me, anyways.

Joel Marion and I had a great dinner at The Edge restaurant in Denver (pork chop, baked potato with olive oil, and grilled asparagus) and then we went to the Nuggets basketball game. Good seats. It was a pretty entertaining night, and I got my head on the jumbotron. I think that's a first.

Today I woke up well fueled for my meathead workout of Bench Press, Pullups, DB Press and went well even though I only had 5 hours sleep. I'll catch up on sleep tonight.

You see,  for years the big food conglomerates have marketed these five deadly ingredients as "healthy" and "good for you" which is why you can find them in almost every kitchen across the country – YIKES! The truth is, they're simply low cost and high profit ingredients that act as fillers and binders, and so it just makes financial sense for the food industry to sell cheap junk to us – even at the cost of your and your family's health. Let me explain HOW to avoid these 5 nasty ingredients here…
