One of the biggest mistakes people make is not having a plan. That leads to wasted time ("what should I do today") and no results. Script your day. Journal your day to identify time wasters.

Whoah! I'm shocked! Thank you for this very informative post. Will surely look at how I'm gonna stop these.
That book is very important. There are some people who seems not aware to do's and don’ts on doing workouts and exercises. This usually ends up to accidents. By the use of this book, readers would learned what are the things that should be done and not.
Thanks for the tips. It would means a lot. on my latter part, in order for me to lose my weight, I do have my regular exercise and a balance diet.
