Halloween Upper Body Workout

Happy Late Halloween!

I did not dress up. But I did sleep in.

Then I went to the gym with Bedros Keuilian and did:

1A) Military Press
1B) Pullups

2A) Handstand Pushups
2B) Mobility Work

Today we're going back to the gym and I'll do some high rep leg work, since I'm taking a week or two off from heavy training while I travel and prepare for my big event, The Perfect Life Retreat.
