Meathead Thursdays. Gotta love 'em.
Today was a fun bench press workout at Bang Fitness.
After a poor sleep, I had a good breakfast, some good meetings and content creation, and that zipped over to the gym for a 45-minute session.
1A) Bench Press
1B) Face Pull
2A) Close-Grip Press
2B) Hanging Knee Raise
3) 4-Minutes of Sled Push intervals!
