Squats and Gratitude

I'm going to take the weekend off from training.

Today I hit squats.

1A) Front Squats - Worked up to 205x2
1B) Box Jumps
1C) Handstand Pushup Holds

Lots of mobility.

Short workout...just 20 minutes after a 20 minute warm-up, core, and mobility session.

Deadlifts on Monday!
