Had a great workout - and an even better pre-workout hangout - with Bedros Keuilian at 24-Hour Fitness in Chino Hills yesterday.
It's an "off week" from barbell exercises, so I used some wacky Hammer Strength machines and did:
1A) Hammer Bench
1B) Hammer Row
2A) Hammer Decline (!) Bench
2B) Face Pulls
Good times.
Today, some weird leg workout ... maybe some high-rep front squats.
Then we fly out to Phoenix tonight...
