The Contest and The Bench Press

It's time to head back to Toronto for a quick weekend visit. I had hoped to stay on the farm longer, but I need to be back at ETR University next week.


This is a major project and it's going to be a very exciting week.

I also had a quick bench press workout this morning before heading to the airport. It was good, and went like this:

1A) Bench

2A) DB Incline Press
2B) Pullup with Knee up

Alright, time for me to transform cities, and for you to transform you.


1. The 27th Turbulence Training 12-Week Transformation Contest officially starts on August 28th, 2016, but you can join starting September 11th and/or join at any time during these 12 weeks. The final day to submit entries is Sunday, December 4th, 2016 at midnight EST.

2. If you start on August 28th you finish on November 20th. You then take your final photos and can submit your entry between November 20th and December 4th.

When faced with hard times, we have a choice...we can keep going or we can quit. But all tough times come to an end. If we quit, we only make it worse and learn nothing.
