After a couple of hours of writing, organizing, connecting, and coaching, it was time to hit the gym for Measured Meathead performance.

1A) Bench Press - Worked up to 195x7
1B) Chest-Supported Row
2A) DB Incline - lacking stamina in this superset
Probably a little weaker due to travel, lack of sleep during the trip, time zone shifts, bad night's sleep in Denver, etc.
But not bad, not bad at all.
