Wednesday meathead presses

So much fun in the gym with a Meathead workout. Wish I could do a workout like that everyday. But tomorrow will be a recovery session of stretching, foam rolling, etc. Today was:

1A) Bench Press
1B) Band Pull

2A) Pullups
2B) DB Low Incline Press

That was all.

Good times!

Followed that up with some podcast interviews and some Paleo Protein powder shakes.

Today's Kickbutt Mindset & Nutrition Truth Tip!
It's easy to get down on yourself. Far, far easier than keeping your head up and staying motivated on another day of good nutrition, no junk food, and short burst, workouts. But looking long-term, we know that things would be a lot harder if we took the easy way out. Stay strong. Your body is a temple. Do not disrespect the gift you have been given by consuming excess junk food or alcohol on a regular basis. Living the right way isn't easy, but living the right way is best for us and everyone else around us.
