Back over the bar in Denver

The gym was open again today and so I rushed in for a fast workout. I was done in 35 minutes.

1A) Power Clean
1B) Mobility

2A) Deadlift
2B) Incline Press

That's it. Had to get to work for a busy day. Yesterday I trained in the office (don't tell anyone), doing this:

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
We are not perfect, but we can get better every day. Never stop improving. Never, ever give up on what is important to you. Make the effort to add good habits and eliminate the bad. Take time to prepare two solutions for every obstacle in your life. Hire a coach. Get accountability. Implement the structure you need to live a better life. Commit to these changes and follow them every day.

PS - Great end of the month tip...

Identify the Important. Many things matter more than money & stuff, including Family, Health, Love, and Experiences. Remember that as you chase your goals and as you tighten up your life today. Get rid of 3 unneeded items from your home. Cut ties in a toxic relationship. And replace a bad habit with something better.
