My Favorite Superset

It was back to the barbells after two days off lifting.

This workout included my favorite superset of deadlifts and overhead (Military) press.

1A) Deadlift
1B) Military Press

2A) Front Squat
2B) Barbell Row

Good times.

Now to do a Fitness Mastermind with Bedros Keuilian. If you are a trainer, make sure to attend his event in March. I'll be speaking there.


Nutrition Tip:
If it is in your house, you are going to eat it. Get rid of it. Do not rationalize it's existence. if family brings it in, then you put it in a place that is extremely difficult for you to access. A high cupboard, out of sight, out of mind. Research shows the harder it is to access, the less you eat.
