Wow, what a really great Christmas. Stress free. It was almost perfect, and even had a nice light snow to make it super-Christmassy.
I read a fantastic book - "Humans of New York" - and a I got a LOT of presents, too. I also did a 36-hour no internet, no phone/text 'fast' from 4pm 24th to 4am 26th. Gotta do more of these.
But the biggest present comes today from all those folks that enter my latest fat loss contest.

Today's monster TT S&M (strength & mass) workout for me went like this:
1A) Squat
1B) Box Jump
2A) Pullup
2B) Bench Press
3A) DB Press
3B) Chest Supported Row
3C) Good Morning
Long, but fun. I only do 2 long barbell-based workouts per week. Everything else (2 other short workouts) is done in my garage.
Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tips:
"It's hard to beat a person that never gives up." - Babe Ruth
Remember, it's your time, it's your life, and it's your dreams you are after. Never, ever, ever give up on what is important to you.
