Now back to training...
Today I drove from St. Pete's over to Tampa to visit the amazing PowerHouse gym. Here's the workout...
Big Warm-up
1A) Squats
1B) Prisoner Squat Jumps
1C) Pullups
1D) Pushups (too warm up for bench press)
2A) Bench Press
2B) Chest Supported Rows
2C) Good Mornings
That was it. But it was an hour of lifting. I do two big barbell lifting sessions each week, and one shorter, 30-minute garage gym muscle building workout. On another day I do bodyweight circuits, and then I just do long walks with the ol' pooch the rest of the week. It's working out great right now.
For today's nutrition tip, we had a little fun on our TT FB page today, posting this:
On the 4th day of Christmas...Santa ate way too many of Mrs. Claus' delicious gingerbread cookies. Luckily Santa's favorite nutrition expert, Joel Marion, had an early Christmas gift for him - a little something to make sure his gut stays healthy and his body burns fat:

Today's Kickbutt Mindset Tip:
Plan ahead. Always have 2 solutions for every obstacle. Never go into a battle unprepared.
The #1 factor for success is good ol' perseverance. Don't underestimate yourself. Never give up on what is important to you.
